We provide on-site IT troubleshooting, end-user and network administration support as well as telephone and e-mail help-desk services. We pair clients with one of our IT support associates with a direct phone number and e-mail address for personal help-desk or on-site assistance.

  • Organizations with a current support contract, will receive the quickest response by emailing or phoning their primary support contact, submitting an on-line support request or by email to our support address. Support contract holders can also monitor their current account status with our Client Timelog tool which is also accessible via the the same link.

Non-contract support is provided subject to staff availability and is billed at an hourly rate.
